In order to successfully continue to meet the technical and commercial challenges of a dynamic market in Scandinavia, we are looking for a team player being in charge of Sales Robotics, Solutions and Service with distinctive professional competence as

Your main responsibilities and targets

  • Customer portfolio management (maintenance of existing customers and acquisition of new customers in the responsible area)
  • Determining requirements and providing technical advice to customers with the support of our in-house Application Engineering team
  • Elaboration and presentation of quotations and solutions to customers
  • Responsible for the bid release process (Business Opportunity Assessment)
  • Preparation of customized sales documents in cooperation with Marketing
  • Active management of contracted partners
  • Global collaboration with the competence center(s) and local entities
  • Active opportunity management in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Elaboration of negotiation tactics as well as conducting negotiations with customers until the order is won
  • Collaboration in development projects
  • Analyzing and documenting customer requirements and technical trends in coordination with product management
  • Market observation and competition analyses in coordination with product management


Your ideal profile

  • Open, outgoing and result oriented team player
  • Preferably technical training in the field of mechanical engineering
  • Completed advanced studies in technical fields and/or economics combined with international sales experience
  • Local language(s) and English business fluent, other languages like German advantageous
  • Industry knowledge in the field of automation desirable
  • Hunter and coaching mentality combined with profound negotiation skills
  • Knowledge and active use of Salesforce CRM tool
  • Willingness to travel (> 40 %) with home base in Scandinavia
